Warranty

Products from Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Guess and other brands sold by AZcom B.V. come with a 3-month warranty. Products of the brand Celly come with a 1-year warranty.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. As a consumer you are always entitled to a product that is fit for normal use (legal conformity under Dutch and EU consumer law). If a product turns out to be defective, please contact us at info@azcom.nl or +31 6 1023 4444.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by use, such as falls, moisture or incorrect use.

Transport damage

If your parcel is damaged during transport, please report this as soon as possible to us and to the carrier.

Wrong order or changed your mind

As a consumer you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are at your own expense. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full conditions.

How to send a return or warranty claim

Please include your order number and, for a warranty claim, a short description of the fault. You are also welcome to visit us in Beverwijk, and we will solve the problem together.
