Shipping policy

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same working day, provided the ordered items are in stock. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day.

All shipments are sent with DPD, UPS or TNT.

Delivery times

The average delivery time is 1–3 working days. Delivery times outside the Netherlands may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated per destination country. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown automatically at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address, before you confirm and pay — so you always know the final amount in advance.

Business rates apply to approved B2B accounts and are shown once you are logged in.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace link, allowing you to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.

Returns
