Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.00 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

To use this right, you can contact us via info@azcom.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. 

Return Conditions:

• If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the merchant with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
• Exchanges come with a free return label, while a fee of €2.50 applies for refunds.
• Exceptions include personalized products and hygiene items (when the seal is broken).

Returns Process:

• Initiate your return via the Contact form or email info@azcom.nl. with product(s), order number, and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility from €3.00 for postal mail and €7.00 for parcel shipments.
• Insure proper packaging for returns as they are at your own risk.

Returning Multiple Orders:

• Each order must have a separate returns form and be packed individually to avoid mix-ups.

Refund Duration:

• We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
• The refund is issued through your chosen payment method, with the duration varying based on the method (typically 1-3 working days).

Return Costs:

• Exchanges have free return labels, but a €2.50 fee applies for refunds.
• No return costs for damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
