Description
The Orange Flybox 5G produced by Huawei is the first 5G router.
This 5G/4G+/4G router is halfway between a Livebox and an Airbox.
The Flybox 5G is similar to a Livebox in that it is a WiFi / Ethernet router which must be connected to an electrical outlet, but which uses the mobile network, like an Airbox and must therefore be used under cover Orange mobile.
Unlike an Airbox, the Flybox 5G:
allows you to connect more terminals via WiFi, up to 128 simultaneous connections
provides greater WiFi range
The new Flybox Orange 5G has 2 Ethernet ports:
1 GE Wan/Lan port + 1 GE Lan port
Thanks to the WebUI (simplified management interface, developed by Orange) the Flybox allows you to connect to the Orange mobile network very simply and without the need for a Connection Kit.
Its power supply is not intended for mobile use, however its small size allows it to be easily transported.
